Open the DriveEasy app, navigate to the “Book Lesson” section, select your preferred course, choose an available date and time, pick an instructor or school, and confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation via the app and/or SMS with your booking ID and details.
Go to the “Manage Booking” section in the app and submit a rescheduling request at least 1 hour before your session start time. You have up to five free rescheduling opportunities per booking. Additional reschedules will incur a fee, and availability of your assigned instructor and vehicle applies. Confirmation will be updated in your app.
Cancel via the “Manage Booking” section. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the session start time with no fee, within 48 hours for a INR 75 fee (if the course hasn’t started), or after the course begins with a 10% deduction per day (no refund after 10 days). Refunds, if applicable, take 7-10 business days.
Use the “Manage Booking” section to select pause dates. Your sessions will be suspended for the chosen period, deducted from your total sessions. You must complete your course (e.g., 26 sessions) within the allotted days (e.g., 45 days). Pauses that delay completion require you to pay for extra sessions.
If canceled before the course starts, we’ll offer a new slot or a full refund within 7-10 business days. If canceled after the course starts, we’ll provide a rescheduling option within 7 days or a prorated refund.
If needed, contact support via the app at least 48 hours before your session with a valid reason. We may assign a new instructor/vehicle or ask for your preference, and you can opt to cancel without a fee if preferred.
Missed sessions without prior cancellation or rescheduling are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total sessions. Notify us in advance to avoid losing the session.

Booking confirmation occurs without immediate payment; options like EMI or Pay Later may be available. Details will be provided during booking.
