DriveEasy acts as a platform connecting students with school owners and instructors. Refunds are handled as follows:
Refunds depend on the school owner/instructor’s policy, as DriveEasy is not responsible for the teaching process. Contact the booked school owner/instructor directly for refund requests.
Submit a refund request through the DriveEasy app within 7 days of booking cancellation. The school owner/instructor will process it per their terms.
DriveEasy is not liable for refunds, accidents, insurance, or any issues arising from lessons. All disputes are between the school owner/instructor and student. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
