• Application refers to DriveEasy Applications, including the DriveEasy Partner App and DriveEasy Student App, the software programs provided by the Company.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to DriveEasy, the entity providing the DriveEasy Applications.
• Country refers to: Telangana, India.
• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, a cellphone, or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Applications and related services provided by DriveEasy.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on behalf of the Company, perform services related to the Service, or assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• Identification documents (e.g., Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license), collected only when necessary for verification or Service requirements

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Advertising ID

Our Applications use Firebase Analytics to collect the Advertising ID, a unique identifier provided by Google Play services, to help Us understand how users interact with the Applications. The Advertising ID is used solely for analytics purposes and is not used to display ads in these Applications.

• Purpose: The Advertising ID is collected to track app usage, analyze performance, and improve Our Services.
• Sharing: We do not share the Advertising ID with third parties, except with Firebase (a Google service) for analytics processing.
• User Control: You can reset or delete Your Advertising ID in Your device’s settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete Advertising ID). If You delete Your Advertising ID, Firebase Analytics will no longer collect it.

Information Collected While Using the Applications

While using Our Applications, to provide features of Our Applications, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

• Location Data: We collect Your location data to enable features such as finding nearby driving schools, scheduling lessons based on proximity, and optimizing instructor assignments for bookings. This data is collected only with Your explicit consent through device permissions, which You can enable or disable at any time in Your device settings (Settings > Apps > DriveEasy > Permissions > Location). We use location data to enhance Your experience, such as matching You with the nearest available instructor or school, and for analytics to understand regional usage trends (e.g., popular areas for driving lessons in Telangana, India). Location data is stored securely on servers in India and is not shared with third parties except with Service Providers (e.g., Firebase for analytics) who assist in processing this data to improve Our Service. We retain location data only as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes or as required by law, such as compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw consent by disabling location access, but this may limit features like nearby school searches.
• Background Location Data: DriveEasy may collect background location data to track instructor positions for session pickups and real-time updates. This data is used solely for managing driving lessons and is not shared with third parties. Users are informed and must consent to this collection via an in-app disclosure before permission is requested.
• Pictures and Other Information from Your Device's Camera and Photo Library: We collect this data to allow You to upload photos, such as identification documents or profile pictures, to verify Your identity or enhance Your profile. This data is collected only with Your explicit consent, which You can manage through Your device settings (Settings > Apps > DriveEasy > Permissions > Camera/Storage).

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or stored on Your Device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through Your Device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain Our Service, including to monitor the usage of Our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide enables access to different functionalities of the Service available to You as a registered user.
• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance, and undertaking of any contract with Us through the Service.
• To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products, or contracted services, including security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
• To provide You with news, special offers, and general information about other goods, services, and events that We offer, which are similar to those You have already purchased or enquired about, unless You have opted not to receive such information.
• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
• For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about Our Service users is among the assets transferred.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

All data processing will occur on servers located in India, and We ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations within the jurisdiction of India.
